We love to get a snack, Thai tea or a full meal here. The owners are polite and have great customer service. The appetizers (pot stickers & fried tofu) are delicious and served hot. The Lotus dish is very filling and full of taste. We cannot wait to try their International fried rice dish. Great little hidden food gem in this mid-size town.

Just came all the way from Texas and I absolutely adore THAI CUISINE.... My daughter is a local here and she raved about this charming food truck. As a fellow food truck owner, I always make sure to support small businesses..... This delightful Thai food truck serves up dishes made fresh to order. I tried the Pad Ke Mow and it was truly outstanding, one of the best I've ever tasted.... You simply must give it a try!!!! .... The lady running the truck is incredibly warm and welcoming.

Just got take out for lunch. Tiny place in the back of a busy gas station, so there’s your ambiance. Some of my favorite restaurants sell gasoline, so I’m good. Green curry was excellent, and had a good spicy bite to it. Pad Thai was very good, though the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. A couple of tubs of their spicy chile paste took care of that The noodles were very well-presented in their styrofoam container and the tofu was freshly deep fried and delicious. We’ll go back soon.

Disclaimer: RESTAURANT INSIDE CHEVRON STORE!!! anyways.. Pat Thai has done it agaaaaainnn! Ugh, authentic and so delicious! never ever fails to disappoint! Love their chili! Their new menu on the dish, Sweet N' Sour chicken was phenomenal! The pineapples & what I think I also got was a hint of cantaloupe? Omg! Exquisite! Definitely worth it!

Ever since I’ve moved from Vegas, I’ve had a hard time finding food able to compete with my favorites, but this place claims a spot. The food is amazing, fresh and the service is great. Super friendly! I will absolutely be back time and time again!

Richard is who you'll speak to when you visit this place... The food is really delicious, and the portions generous. After a long day of traveling and hiking, it felt like we visited family when we got food from this place. Really yummy this food, Pat is a great cook. Richard and Pat laid out a table and chair for us, and took care of every need. We will definitely go there again when we're in the area next.

Oh my! Best Thai food I’ve had in many years. Sadly I’m just passing through on my motorcycle. But you locals need to overrun this little food truck gem. I had the red chicken curry with rice noodles and an order of fresh rolls. Worth every dime. Absolutely DEELISH.

Foooooooood was awesome! I really enjoy it ! The pot stickers are the best I ever had in farmington area and love it! The owners were great and the service was great! So don’t mine stopping by again and try something different.
